Clemson with a loss on the road to Miami, found itself back onto the 'Last Four In' line, which moved Seton Hall into one of the last 'first round bye' spots. Arizona State dropped out of the tournament with a loss to Colorado and got replaced by Temple. VCU in turn climbed from the 12 seed to an 11 spot. A little more movement higher up happened with Auburn dropping to the worse overall 9 seed with a loss at home to Ole Miss. Liberty with their win over Lipscomb put them in a tie for the ASUN conference lead and with Liberty holding the better overall record (22-5 compared to Lipscomb's 20-5), Liberty win the tiebreaker and move in to the bracket as the ASUN conference champion. Lipscomb doesn't find itself too far out of the tournament as of now, still finding itself in the First Four Out.
